Dr. Richard A. Silver, D.C.

Owner of Chiropractic Associates of California and Director of San Jose Chiropractic Center, Dr. Silver has been in private practice for over 30 years. He specializes in treating conditions of back and neck pain resulting from acute injury, chronic overuse syndromes, or other causes. Graduated from U.C. Davis 1978. Graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic West 1983. Past faculty member Skyline College, De Anza College, and Palmer College of Chiropractic West where he taught neuromusculoskeletal pathology for one year.

Dr. Silver spent 4 years on staff at California Spine Care, providing chiropractic treatment within a multidiscipline clinic under the direction of orthopedic spine surgeon Michael Sommer, M.D. Over the years, Dr. Silver has specialized in conservative care of back and neck pain utilizing safe, comfortable and effective chiropractic methods, including flexion-traction techniques for difficult disc problems. He is also a state appointed QME, performing disability evaluations in worker’s compensation for over 20 years, and has served as a chiropractic consultant on medical-legal issues for third party auto-related injury cases.

In addition to chiropractic, Dr. Silver performs DOT physicals for commercial drivers and provides necessary forms required by the DMV, including MER (MCSA-5875) and MEC (MCSA-5876). He is a registered medical examiner on the FMCSA National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners and completed required training and testing concerning Federal physical qualifications and standards for truck and bus drivers. He possesses the necessary knowledge and professional credentials to perform physical qualification examinations for commercial drivers in accordance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (49 CFR 391.41 – 391.49). In this capacity, he also serves the emergency response community on staff at Fast Response On-Site Testing (FROST).

Hobbies include tennis, music, and hiking with his wife and greyhound Skeeter.

Dr. Richard Kemp, D.C.

Dr. Kemp is a chiropractor in the San Francisco Bay Area and full time staff member at Fast Response On-Site Testing (FROST). He is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic West and has practiced in the Bay Area for more than twenty five years. He has over three decades of pre-hospital and emergency services experience. With a lengthy emergency care background as a paramedic for the City and County of San Francisco, Dr. Kemp is uniquely suited for caring for emergency providers. A father of two, Dr. Kemp enjoys photography, all ocean sports, and long walks with his french bulldog Angus.

Dr. Casey Terribilini, D.C.

Dr. Terribilini is President of Fast Response On-Site Testing (FROST), providing cost efficient, high quality mobile health services, premier OSHA hearing and respiratory compliance services, and promotion of occupational safety and wellness. He is a well-known chiropractor in the San Francisco Bay Area and a nationally recognized leader in the field of treatment and prevention of work-related injuries. Dr. Terribilini is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic West and has over three decades of pre-hospital and emergency services experience. He is a qualified NIOSH Practicum Instructor for respiratory protection. A father of two, Dr. Terribilini is an expert in horse riding and horse handling.

Giovanna Mason, CMT

Giovanna is a professional and highly skilled massage therapist. Her primary focus is on clinical massage and she is proficient in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, Acupressure, and Sports Massage techniques. She is a former competitive bodybuilder, runner, fitness enthusiast and trainer, and understands the toll this can have on the human body. She has also worked in the financial industry and understands first hand the stress and pain associated with hours of sitting. She has an innate sense of exactly where her clients require specific attention.
