Our pre-placement program was developed to provide an evaluation that is both predictive of ability to do the job and cost effective to the company.

The intent was to design a program which would be more easily defensible with regard to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), as well as suitable to set up in multiple locations throughout a region. The foundation of the recent version of this test was based on an extensive review of job demands with the most common handling tasks and weights being extrapolated to utilize as the framework of the program.
